Dr. Maksim Haxhia, lawyer, Partner of the Firm, is in the profession since 1982, while working as a private lawyer (legal counsellor) since 1993. He has graduated from the Faculty of Juridical Sciences in Tirana and has also a University Diploma in Economics. He has a Doctoral Degree of Juridical Sciences and has taken a post-graduate course at Harward University in the USA. For many years he was a lecturer at the Law Faculty. In 1997 he was the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Albania. Actually he is the Head of the Bar Association and a part-time lecturer at the Law Faculty and the School of Magistrates.
